Welcome to the Dewkey blog

A short note from Kristián on what this blog will cover and why it exists.

Welcome

This is the first post on the Dewkey blog. The idea behind Dewkey is simple: your deliverable is the hostage, the payment is the key. Upload a file, set a price, send a link — the client pays, the file unlocks. No more handing over finished work and then chasing the invoice afterwards.

You can expect three flavours of post:

  • Product notes — what shipped, what didn't, and why. Honest changelog context that a release-notes page can't really hold.
  • Getting paid — practical notes on payment links, escalation, and the small frictions that decide whether freelancers actually get paid on time.
  • Operations — running a tiny SaaS on Cloudflare Pages + D1: the things that broke, the patterns that stuck.

If you want to be notified when a new post lands, the simplest way is to follow the RSS feed (coming soon — yes, this is meta) or check back here every few weeks.
